Who we are

Tiffin is a product of Ojastra (“we,” “us”). Everything you need to run a tiffin business — plans, people, the daily run, and the drivers who make it.

This policy covers https://tiffin.ojastra.com, the operator dashboard, and pages we host. The company website at https://ojastra.com has its own policy.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the product, we may collect:

• Operator account details you use to sign in, such as email.
• Kitchen information you enter, such as name, plans, subscriber roster, delivery days, and holidays.
• Subscriber details needed to pack and deliver a tiffin, such as name, phone, address, plan, and pause dates.
• Technical logs from hosting, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to operate and secure the service.

Payments

When a subscriber pays online, they pay through the kitchen’s checkout provider. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Run the dashboard, the daily list, and the delivery run.
• Record who is on a plan and who is paused or off for a holiday.
• Operate, protect, and improve the product.
• Meet legal obligations if they apply.

Sharing

We share information with the kitchen you subscribe with and with service providers who host the product. We may disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Retention

We keep kitchen and subscriber records as long as needed to operate the product and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

Email hello@ojastra.com to ask for a copy of information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits and records a kitchen must keep.

Children

The product is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
