Who we are
Tiffin (https://tiffin.ojastra.com) is a product of Ojastra. The company website at https://ojastra.com has its own terms.
The product
Operators use the dashboard to manage plans, subscribers, holidays, and the daily run. Customers may buy a plan on a hosted page and pay through the kitchen. We may change or withdraw features at any time.
Kitchens and subscribers
The kitchen is the merchant of record for food and payment. We provide hosted software. We are not the kitchen, and we do not prepare or sell the food.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Misuse the product, attempt to break it, or overload it.
- Use it to send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
- Access another kitchen’s dashboard or roster without permission.
Intellectual property
The product, including the Tiffin name and marks, is owned by Ojastra or its licensors. Kitchen names, plans, and logos remain the kitchen’s. You may not copy or reuse our marks except as allowed by law or with written permission.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top will change when we do.
